01How long does a custom video take?
It depends on the scope. Most custom briefs land back in your inbox within two to four weeks of approving the quote. Tight on time? Tell your producer — we plan around your launch date.
02Filmed or AI — how do you choose?
Your producer reads the brief and recommends what makes the cut land hardest. Some stories need a real crew on your floor; others sing with AI cinematography. You always get to weigh in.
03What if I don't love the first cut?
Revisions are part of the quote. You'll see milestones along the way, not a single take-it-or-leave-it delivery. We refine together until it's right.
04Do I own the final file?
Yes. Once delivered, the cut is yours to post, paid-promote, embed, or hand to your media team — no recurring license, no platform lock-in.
05Can I do this on a membership instead?
