Who we are

MedSpa Media is operated by AI Media Firm in Miami, FL. These terms govern your use of medspamedia.ai and our video services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand assets and offers you submit. We use them to finish your videos, so send the correct logo, colors, and current offer.

Orders are confirmed by email. Memberships renew on the billing cycle you choose until you cancel. To cancel, email us and a real person closes it out — no phone call, no retention script. Your membership stays active through the end of the cycle you have paid for, and you keep every video already delivered.

Acceptable use

The service is for branding and posting videos for your own med spa. To keep it fair and compliant, there are a few things you may not do:

• Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or pass our videos off as footage for resale.
• Do not remove or alter the watermark on previews.
• Do not use the service to produce unlawful or non-compliant medical claims.

Payment and renewals

Memberships bill on the cycle you choose, monthly or annually. Current plan pricing is shown on the Memberships page.

Single library videos are priced per video at checkout. Custom videos are quoted per project: a producer confirms the scope and the price with you before any charge.

License and usage

Once a video is delivered, it is yours to use across your med spa’s own marketing for as long as you like, such as your social, paid ads, your website, in-clinic screens, and email.

The work is licensed to your spa, not sold for resale. The limits in Acceptable use apply to every delivered video, so you keep it for your own marketing and do not resell, share, or pass it to other businesses.

Previews are watermarked and cannot be downloaded. That is what keeps your finished videos premium and stops them being copied and resold. The clean, branded file is emailed once it is finished and yours.

Library videos are licensed to you, not sold exclusively. Every delivery is finished with your own logo and your own offer, so nothing you post looks generic. Custom videos are exclusive to your spa and never shared.

Delivery and refunds

Single and library videos are emailed after your questionnaire, branded and ready to post. Memberships include a fresh batch each renewal. Custom videos are their own project, so we plan and price each one with you, then deliver it when the work is finished and approved.

If a delivered video has a branding or placement issue, tell us and we fix it. A real person works it with you until it is right.

Because videos are produced and branded for you, completed work is non-refundable. If we have not started production, contact us and we will make it right. Custom quotes are approved before any charge, so there are no surprise bills.

You can cancel a membership anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have paid for, and every video already delivered stays yours.

Rewards

We run two rewards, and both pay out in the same thing you came for: more branded video. Here is how each one works.

Referral. Refer a real, new med spa and two things happen when they join. The spa you refer gets 30 percent off their first month of any membership. You get one free branded video, delivered with your next batch, or as a credit toward one single library video if you are not on a membership. One reward per referred spa, with no cap on how many spas you refer. The 30 percent discount applies to a membership’s first month only, not to single videos or custom work.

Bigger plans and yearly billing. Larger plans and yearly billing earn more free videos, starting with your first batch: pay yearly and month one lands with twice the videos. The bigger your plan, the more free branded videos that adds up to.

Rewards stack with each other, and free videos do not expire while your membership is active. They are credited in video, not cash, and cannot be exchanged for money or applied to past invoices. Every reward is applied by a real person on our Miami team and confirmed on the welcome call, where we check that each referred spa is real and new. We may decline a reward we believe is being claimed in bad faith.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as described. We finish and deliver your videos with care, but we are not liable for how you choose to use them or for results from your posting.

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Governing law: State of Florida, USA.
